Gareth Hughes is commercially and operationally responsible for the Exchange business line at Zodia Markets. He joined from TP ICAP where he was global head of commodities electronic markets with revenue ownership across the product spectrum.

Prior to this, Gareth ran commodities electronic sales at both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital, as well as working as a COO and within Product Control. He began his career in the technology industry and is a qualified accountant.
